
Before founding Sena Advertising, Scott served as the California Creative Director for GTB, a division of J. Walter Thompson, where he spent 11 years developing and executing creative strategies for regional Ford Dealer groups, managing billings exceeding $58 million.
Prior to his time at JWT, Scott was the Executive Creative Director at The Intermark Group, one of the largest agencies in the Southeast. There, he played a key role in driving the agency’s growth from $16 million to over $100 million in annual billings. His leadership helped shape major campaigns for clients such as Southeast Toyota, Gulf States Toyota, Office Furniture USA, St. Vincent’s Hospital, Alabama Power, and Chevrolet Dealer Groups.
With deep expertise in advertising strategy and a specialization in broadcast production, Scott has earned numerous national and regional awards for advertising excellence. His achievements have been featured in various trade publications, including a cover story in ADWEEK Magazine.
Throughout his career, Scott has brought creative vision to life, conceptualizing, writing, and directing campaigns featuring renowned celebrities and athletes such as Trisha Yearwood, Ken Griffey Jr., Darrell Waltrip, Cal Ripken Jr., Trace Adkins, Mark Brunell, Madison Bumgarner, and many more.
A dynamic and engaging communicator, Scott is widely recognized for his enthusiastic live presentation skills. His passion for storytelling has led him to numerous motivational speaking engagements and college lectures, where he inspires audiences with his expertise and energy.
Outside of his professional work, Scott channels his creativity as a professional voice talent, lending his voice to hundreds of TV and radio spots, as well as digital content. His curiosity and dedication to lifelong learning have also led him to the world of wine. While he enjoys studying oenology and viticulture, he firmly believes that the best education comes through hands-on experience—one glass at a time.
Originally from the Land of Enchantment—Albuquerque, N.M.—Scott now calls Carlsbad, California home, where he continues the cherished tradition of crafting his legendary New Mexico red and green chile enchiladas.
