Scott Sena

Prior to launching Sena Advertising, Scott served as the California Creative Director for GTB, a division of J. Walter Thompson, where he worked for 11 years. He was responsible for developing and executing creative strategies for regional Ford Dealer groups with billings totaling more than $58M. Prior to joining JWT, he served as the Executive Creative Director for The Intermark Group, one of the largest agencies in the Southeast.  There he was instrumental in growing the agency from $16M in annual billing to more than $100M. Some of the major accounts Scott was responsible for included Southeast Toyota, Gulf States Toyota, Office Furniture USA, St. Vincent’s Hospital, Alabama Power, Chevrolet Dealer Groups and more.

Scott specializes in all forms of advertising strategies, with an emphasis on broadcast production. He has been the recipient of numerous national and regional awards for advertising excellence. His success has been profiled in a variety of trade publications, including a cover story in ADWEEK Magazine.

Over the course of his career, Scott has conceptualized, written and directed campaigns featuring high-profile celebrities and athletes including Trisha Yearwood, Ken Griffey Jr., Darrell Waltrip, Cal Ripkin Jr., Trace Adkins, Mark Brunell, Madison Bumgarner and many others.

An effective communicator, Scott is well known for his enthusiastic live presentation skills. He has been tapped for numerous motivational speaking engagements and college lectures.

In his spare time Scott remains creative by honing his craft as a professional voice talent. He has been heard on hundreds of TV spots, radio spots and videos. He has focused his continuing education efforts on the study of wine. Although he enjoys learning about the industry through oenology and viticulture classes, he prefers education through consumption.

Scott is originally from the land of enchantment, Albuquerque, N.M.  He currently resides in Carlsbad, California where he continues the tradition of making his legendary New Mexico red and green Chile enchiladas.
